EMPLOYMENT LAW AND LAW RELATING TO CONTRACTS OF SERVICE
In the field of employment law one of our main activities is to provide legal assistance with facts and circumstances relevant to a dismissal (from the warning notice to the dismissal notice) as well as to protect the clients’ interests in the event of actions against unfair dismissal.
We formulate employment contracts, the provisions of which have to be on a par with the law of general terms and conditions.
Moreover, we have special experience in formulating and negotiating complex works agreements as well as in giving advice in terms of employment law and dealing with plant closures, plant amalgamations, transfers of firms and other operational restructuring measures.
In the field of law relating to contracts of service our focus is on legal advice in connection with the formulation and termination of employment contracts for managing directors and members of the board as well as on the preparation of rules of procedure for the management, including lists of transactions requiring consent.
