BUSINESS MEDIATION
BUSINESS MEDIATION
Business mediation refers to the application of mediation in the context of economically motivated conflicts. It allows a structured out-of-court settlement of disputes in which the parties voluntarily develop a solution on their own with the help of the moderation of a neutral third party, the mediator. The mediator has thereby, unlike an arbitrator, no decision-making power. Mediation therefore provides an alternative to arbitration or ordinary jurisdiction. Should it not lead to an agreement, a judicial or arbitration proceeding can still be followed.
In the context of business mediation, our areas of application are primarily conflicts in a company arising from labor law, between companies / business partners in matters of commercial law and among partners/ shareholders in corporate law, as well as in conflicts concerning inheritance law.
