Our law firm was established in Hamburg in 1849 and has since then existed as a law firm specializing in business law. Since its formation our law firm has built up an excellent reputation, not only in Hamburg, but also at national and international level. The lawyer who gave the firm his name, Dr Kurt Mittelstein, the former President of the Hamburg Law Society, joined the firm in 1919 and died in 1990.

Our law firm traditionally focuses on the ongoing provision of legal assistance and support to enterprises, entrepreneurial families, management and individuals as regards complex matters of special fields of law.

Orientated to the pragmatic needs of our clients, our law firm strictly focuses on working out solutions in cooperation with you within the agreed time that are result- and practice-orientated, durable and offer a good cost-benefit ratio.
