We advise and represent both transport companies and their customers in disputes both in and out of court as well as in connection with the drafting and negotiation of all necessary contracts, including terms and conditions of business and insurance conditions. In this respect, our activities mainly concern transport law, i.e. the transport of goods by means of transport of any kind as well as forwarding and logistics, transport and cargo insurance and other types of insurance.
