TAX LAW AND CUSTOMS LAW

Our lawyers working in the field of tax law offer you a broad range of advisory services in terms of tax law as well as in connection with disputes with the revenue authorities, including legal proceedings before the Tax Courts. Our competence and experience in tax law particularly refers to company tax law, gift tax law and inheritance tax law as well as land transfer tax law, even in very complicated cases, such as are to be expected, for example, in the case of a transformation or merger or in the event of a dissolution of a foundation. Furthermore, we have special know-how in the field of mineral oil tax law, in particular mineral oil tax refund law, as well as in the field of revenue law and customs law including tariff provisions and antidumping duties.

In addition to legal advice in these sectors, our activity includes the representation of our clients before the competent customs authorities – also in criminal proceedings under customs law – and in legal proceedings, in particular before the Tax Courts.
