Christoph Kreusler

Christoph was born in 1963 and went to school in Hamburg. He studied law at the Universities of Freiburg and Hamburg and graduated from university in 1990 (“1. Staatsexamen”). Prior to the continuation of his legal education (“Referendariat”), he worked as a lecturer at the University of Buckingham, England. Christoph passed his bar exam in Germany in 1994 (“2. Staatsexamen”). He spent several years as a legal counsel at ECE Projektmanagement GmbH. He then went on to develop own projects, in particular in the retail sector. From 2003 on, Christoph solely worked as a lawyer with a strong emphasis on real estate law and ultimately became partner of the law firm Gappmayer & Partner in 2007. Christoph joined our law firm in 2010 as a partner.

Christoph also is certified specialist for tenancy  and residential property law.

Christoph focuses on real estate law and in particular on developments, sale and purchase of properties, private building law and residential and commercial tenant law.

Christoph advises private and institutional investors and funds in relation to the development, the building and the use of privately or commercially used properties, in particular in relation to retail properties such as shopping centers and retail parks.

Christoph is a keen hockey and golf player.
