Due to our technical understanding, we enforce your claims with regard to the other parties to the contract and, above all, contribute to speedy, practical solutions. Our expertise also extends to the enforcement and defence of claims resulting from defects of quality and defects of title in complex and also technically sophisticated cases.

In the field of public construction law our competence comprises the defence and enforcement of claims under neighbour law, both in terms of the law on planning building projects and building law. We assist you in the enforcement of your rights (to be taken into consideration in balancing the interests of all parties concerned) in connection with development plan procedures, acting for the investor, local authority or the person affected.
