We are experts in advising and supporting contract negotiations and drafting of all kinds. One focus of our work in the area of contract law is advising and conducting negotiations on contract drafting and contract amendments as well as the success-orientated and economic enforcement of contractual claims.<\/p>\n

We also advise on all issues relating to general terms and conditions (German: AGB). We draft and design your general terms and conditions, taking particular account of your company, industry and\/or product-related requirements as well as the relevant mandatory statutory provisions and adapt your general terms and conditions to current case law and legislation.
