EU STATE AID LAW<\/h2>\n

In the field of EU state aid law, we advice companies and public authorities regarding the (possible) grant of national state aid measures and their compatibility with EU law.<\/p>\n

Our experience further covers, inter alia, the communication between companies, the German authorities and the European Commission and the guidance of clients in cases where a subsidy is granted in favor of a competitor. We have also broad experience in the representation of clients in court proceedings before the German and the EU courts.<\/p>\n
