Dr. Caroline Simon

After graduating from High School (Christianeum) in Hamburg and spending time abroad in London, Dr Caroline Simon studied law and European law at the University of Würzburg. She then completed her doctorate there in public law.

Dr Simon has gained professional work experience since the first semesters of her studies, initially as a student assistant and later as a research assistant in a law firm specialised in IP and IT law. As a trainee lawyer, she worked in the legal department of an international company group in New York among others.

In 2023, Dr Simon returned to Hamburg and has been with us as a lawyer since then.

Dr Simon’s practice focuses on advising on corporate law issues and M&A. She also advises on tenancy law issues and in the area of general contract law.

In her free time, Dr Simon enjoys music and sings in the Groß Flottbek Chamber Choir.
